Closed Circuit City in Winston - Salem, North Carolina

     This Circuit City was located at 910 Hanes Mall Boulevard in Winston - Salem, North Carolina. This store opened in 1981 as one of the first four electronic Superstores built under the Circuit City name. The store is 42,750 square feet.This building was sold from Collett and Associates to Roanoke Vinton Radio, Inc. for $1,673,500. The sale was announced on April 19, 2011. The company plans to split the store into several smaller stores.

  2. Say, guess who just opened a store in that very location?

    Gander Mountain, an outdoor "sporting goods" retailer, or in other words, sellers of survival gear and--above all--firearms. I'll bet they've been having an interesting week, considering what's happening in other gun shops and gun shows across the nation right now...
